Shipping and Return Policy


Delivery is via Toll Ipec and you currently need to allow 3-6 days for delivery. Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you to allow you trace its status.


Under special circumstances returns may be authorised but the following conditions apply:

  1. Returns can only be accepted with prior written authorisation from ProElectric Bikes
  2. Returns must be requested in writing within 14 days from the date of delivery as recorded by our transport carrier.
  3. Returns will only be accepted if the goods are packed / repacked in the complete original packaging and include all original parts/accessories supplied.
  4. Goods must be in original new saleable condition.
  5. Return freight will be paid by the customer and deducted from any refund provided.


All of the ASEAKO and ZOCO Electric Bikes come with a full 12 months year parts & labour warranty from the date of purchase.

We have been selling these bikes online, direct to the public since 2009, so we have made a large number of improvements to the bikes in order to make every part on the bike easy to swap over. 

In the unlikely event that you have a warranty claim, please either email us or call on 1300 55 99 76 and we will diagnose and work to get you back on the road ASAP.
